Eng. Sami Sarhan began his career at Saudi Aramco in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia, in 1994. In 2008, he joined Microsoft in Reading, UK, as a technology specialist focused on developing middleware systems for the Oil and Gas sector. A year later, he became General Manager at AbdulKarem Holding in Khobar City, where he directed efforts in Oil and Gas automation applications. In July 2010, he joined King Abdullah University of Science and Technology (KAUST), where he advanced through various roles, culminating in his leadership of the KAUST Fourth Industrial Revolution Center. Currently, Sami serves as Chief Advisor at the National Industrial Development Center (NIDC), where he leads the development of strategies to localize and grow the Machinery and Equipment sector with a strong focus on Fourth

Dr. Morgan is a consultant with international experience in design and strategic storytelling in tourism, events, leisure, digital and traditional marketing. Leveraging his expertise in events and marketing communications, he drives business growth by expanding stakeholder networks and executing projects that challenge conventions and inspire behavioural change. Recognized as an outstanding event host and moderator, Dr. Morgan is listed among the most influential figures in the events industry. In addition, Dr. Morgan serves as a Visiting Lecturer at the College of Design, Creative and Digital Industries, as well as at Westminster Business School.

Dr. Khalid Al-Hajeri is Vice President for Building Materials and Technologies at the National Industrial Development Center (NIDC), where he leads national initiatives to localize industries, promote innovation, and drive sustainability in Saudi Arabia’s construction materials sector. With more than 33 years of technical and executive experience, including 25 years in the steel industry, he began his career at SABIC’s R&D Center and later led the “Home of Innovation” initiative. Dr. Al-Hajeri holds a PhD in Materials Science and Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh and serves on the technical committee for iron products at SASO.

Mr. Sh. Mohammad Qayum Saeed is a Partner at B2G Consulting with over 25 years of experience partnering with senior leadership to drive transformation, navigate complexity, and deliver measurable, sustainable impact. His expertise spans corporate strategy and IPO readiness, target operating models and shared services, as well as end-to-end supply chain and procurement optimization, complemented by strong leadership in large-scale transformation through Transformation Management Offices (TMO) and results delivery. Guided by the principle “In the Kingdom, for the Kingdom,” his work at B2G Consulting reflects a strong belief in creating lasting legacy and impact, as he collaborates closely with the Strategic Management Office and key stakeholders to empower local talent and contribute to the realization of Saudi Vision 2030.

Thomas Nill has built his career alongside his uncle, Lance Nill, the inventor and founder of Nill Building Solutions. Learning firsthand from the mind behind multiple patents, Thomas developed a deep understanding of how innovative fastening and attachment solutions transform building design and performance. With this foundation, Thomas has become highly knowledgeable in Nill’s full product line and how it integrates into architectural details and construction projects. He excels at collaborating with architects, engineers, and builders to identify challenges and provide practical, long-lasting solutions. Known for his problem-solving mindset, Thomas bridges technical product expertise with design application, helping professionals bring their visions to life while ensuring durability and waterproofing at every detail.

Tamara Bajic is a sustainability and strategic advisory expert. She currently serves as Partner at Blackline Architects, where she helps integrate long term sustainable practices into built environment projects across the MENA region. Prior to this, she led strategy and advisory division focusing on climate change adaptation, energy efficiency, ESG and decarbonisation initiatives for both government and private clients. Tamara has played a key role in implementing Emirate wide energy efficiency programmes in Dubai. She holds a master’s degree in environmental engineering and is an active speaker and advocate for sustainable development.

Vladimir Kantar is an architect and design leader with more than 20 years of international experience across Europe and the Middle East. As the Founder and CEO of Blackline Architects, he leads the firm’s vision of delivering purposeful, high-quality architecture that combines design excellence with long-term value. Throughout his career, Vladimir has led the planning and delivery of complex master-planning, mixed-use, residential, retail and hospitality developments for leading regional developers, guiding projects from concept to realization through a collaborative and client-focused approach.

Eng. Anwar Al Assaf is an architectural expert with proven expertise in modern and sustainable building technologies. He has experience in implementing diverse projects. He has contributed to the development of innovative building solutions. Eng Anwar regularly shares his experience in lecture, workshops and conferences.

Dr. Chandrajith is a senior TIC industry leader with over 27 years of global experience in laboratory science, regulatory compliance, and strategic operations. As Partner & CEO of Wimpey Laboratories and Senior Director of Laboratory Management Services ME&A at Cotecna Switzerland, he oversees international teams, accreditations, and multi sector testing programs. A Board Member of IAS (USA) and member of the Water Management Society (UK), he is also a certified ISO auditor and food safety specialist. He holds a PhD in Chemistry, an MSc in Analytical Chemistry, and an MBA, and is recognized for advancing quality, safety, and technical excellence across the MEA region.

Bader Alkhalifa is a business leader with 25 years during which he served in different disciplines like field services, engineering, projects management, operation management, projects pursuits, business development, sales & marketing. Bader Alkhalifa is currently leading the Yokogawa-Saudi Arabia Sales and Marketing division with focus on innovation creating sustainable value for the energy, petrochemical, mining and manufacturing sectors
